Death's Hand

Death's Hand - S.M. Reine The story was enjoyable but the flip flop journal entry bits were a bit rough to get around. I'm eagerly waiting to see what the thing at the end of the book wants and more about why she wears gloves.

Betty and Anthony were more annoyance than anything else.

Up From the Grave

Up From the Grave - Jeaniene Frost I know it was the last in the series but the ending left it open for more. Sad to see it end but I can hope for a change of heart or a second chance.

Lotus Petals

Lotus Petals - Brantwijn Serrah Wow. Loved the story. I cannot wait for the next book, the way it ended just makes you want more.

Hellhound Twisted

Hellhound Twisted - Karen Swart I don't generally do reviews but the series is progressively getting better, very enjoyable and easy to read in a single sitting.

Hellhound Awakened

Hellhound Awakened - Karen Swart Few typos and such but otherwise interesting concept. Yip needs to stop though... Looking forward to reading the next book.

Hellhound: Dogs of War

Hellhound: Dogs of War - Rue Volley Same as the first... Typos and errors galore but amusing story.

Hellhound

Hellhound - Rue Volley Three stars for concept, two for wtf factor and God awful typos.

Black Arts

Black Arts - Faith Hunter Excellent as usual. Hopefully it won't be a year until the next one.

Desprite Measures (Caledonian Sprite, #1)

Desprite Measures (Caledonian Sprite, #1) - Deborah Jay I enjoyed the book enough to finish it in a day. There were times where I wanted to slap the main character for her continuous "Gloria" mental anguish at rather inappropriate times but otherwise the book was enjoyable. Looking forward to the sequel.

Imp Forsaken

Imp Forsaken - Debra Dunbar I can't believe I have to wait until next summer for more. Hope there is more than just six books in this series as I'm not particularly interested in Boomer or Nyalla spinoffs.

Succubus Dreams

Succubus Dreams - Richelle Mead Her sharp tongue is what keeps me reading. The rest is ok.

Succubus Blues

Succubus Blues - Richelle Mead I enjoyed the witty banter the most. Would be interested to learn more about how she is or was one of the best-- the reason why she is the only one in Seattle.

Red-Headed Stepchild

Red-Headed Stepchild - Jaye Wells Has a lot of potential but towards the middle it started to get rushed and then by the end it felt thrown together. Concept was interesting with the forbidden fruit.

Seraphina

Seraphina - Rachel Hartman It could have been better. Some parts were good and some were not.

Black Lament

Black Lament - Christina Henry If there aren't a pair of replacement wings on the horizon I will be miffed.

Forest Fire

Forest Fire - Tenaya Jayne Felt rushed and there were too many random things happening or being thrown in like 'what stupidity can we fling at her for no reason'. Didn't care for Nettie and still don't. Several times I thought about not finishing but I wanted to know how it ended and the price of the book did not ease my annoyance.
